What a Party! - HistoriCanada Preview Launch

On May 31, almost 10 years since Nathon Gunn and Thomas Axworthy first conceived the idea, and about two years since I've been working on it, Bitcasters officially unveiled The History Canada Game, the first popular computer game about Canadian history.

The launch featured guest MC and CBC News personality Evan Solomon, a delectable, authentically Canadian menu of foods courtesy of Nathan Isberg from the always hip Czehoski, and delightful musical performances from soundtrack performers Patricia O'Callaghan and Brian MacMillan. Not surprisingly, we got quite a bit of press coverage from the event, from CBC to Le Journal de Montréal. The History Canada Web Site is loaded with pictures and news clippings, but if you've got 3 minutes to spare, the following video from the launch is awesome:

Thanks to Matt and Darby from Minnow Productions for the brilliant shooting, and to Daniel Cockburn at Zero Function for amazing editing.
